The bad news is, the search engines, mainly Google, are constantly changing their algorithm.  That set of criteria that decides how they "see" and "rank" your site.  That’s why search engine optimization is never static, it’s always changing.  Trying to use "tricks" or software to get ranked high in the results for your keyword may work for a while, until the next algorithm change, and then… <poof>  You’re ranked on page 27 of the results.  In other words, invisible.

Even very high priced SEO firms can’t guarantee your rankings for this reason.  If they do, beware.  You are being lied to.
