Is your Local Business Website Working?

Do you currently have a website?

Does it work?  By that I mean, is it making you money, the way other parts of your business does? If it’s not, it should.   Especially in a local market, there’s absolutely no reason you shouldn’t be winning your keywords at the search engines.

If you’re not, you need to call me.  If you’ve been told that "it just takes time" or "you need to be patient" and that’s been more than 1 month ago, then you need to call me. Local markets are still very soft, meaning easy to win because the competition is still very low.

It may be that there just isn’t any demand for your keyword phrase (the phrase that best describes what you do) at the search engines, but there should be at least some. If that is the case… do you have someone who can show you how to optimize your site for related topics to gather leads or clients that way?  

With more and more people online everyday, there’s no reason every local business shouldn’t be able to increase the monthly bottom line through their website. Tomorrow… The difference between a "designer" and an "owner".
